Dosage & How to Use Levitra

Potent drug. On medical prescription. Rules of use:

• Adult: 10 mg approximately 25-60 minutes before sexual activity. Maximum: 20 mg once a day.
• Patients with mild & moderate hepatic impairment, severe renal impairment
• Initial dose: 5 mg. Maximum dose: 10 mg in patients with moderate hepatic impairment.
• Concurrent administration of erythromycin: 5 mg.

• Side Effects that may arise are headache, dizziness, nasal congestion; dyspepsia (abdominal discomfort), nausea.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity. Co-administration with a nitric or nitric oxide donor. Patients with anterior non-arteric ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION); severe CV disorders for example, unstable angina, severe heart failure; severe liver disorders, end-stage kidney disease requiring dialysis, hypotension, a history of stroke or MI (heart attack) recently, hereditary retinal degenerative disorders. Concomitant use with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors, for example, ketoconazole, itraconazole, erythromycin, clarithromycin; riociguat; HIV PI for example, ritonavir, indinavir.

Drug Interactions:

CYP3A4 inhibitors can reduce levitra kaufen vardenafil clearence & increase AUC & Cmax. Grapefruit juice can slightly increase plasma vardenafil levels. Possible potentiation of the hypotensive effect of nitrates. Hypotension with α blocker. Effects of reducing additive systemic blood pressure with riociguat.

Pregnancy Category:

Category B: Studies in animal reproduction do not show fetal risk, but there are no controlled studies in pregnant women.
